As an early childhood teacher, Anna Lee is an innovator in the use of music and movement, rhythm and rhyme to teach skills, develop language and vocabulary, increase word awareness and inspire creativity and encourage the use of imagination.
Her latest recording, "Let's Go To The Zoo" entertains, interacts, and teaches children about their favorite topic...zoo animals!
It is sung primarily in English, but features two recordings in Spanish. All songs are original compositions for young children (early childhood, preschool, nursery school, kindergarten and primary age children) Songs
11 to 21 are sing along versions.
Anna Lee believes that cleverly crafted songs can help preschool children and emergent readers get ready to read by exposing them to oral language, strengthen vocabulary, develop better listening skills, and utilize memory.
Children can learn with music, enhance motor skills, counting skills, and movement.
She understands the importance of exposing children to different genres of music; jazz, middle eastern, cajun, country, blues and pop. She naturally pulls her audience in while engaging both kids and grown ups. It is obvious Anna Lee is dedicated to providing wholesome, clean, fun songs for children to enrich their young lives by stimulating them to hear other languages, appreciate the wonderful world of literacy and animals.
Aside from her experience in the classroom, Anna Lee is a contributing writer for the Jackson Parent Magazine and provides creative entertainment at children's birthday parties using themes centered around weather, farm animals, jobs and careers and animals at the zoo introducing children to the wonder of nature and animals.
